I like #4. Purple enough :D
wow, if that's rusty, i'm beyond salvageable. =) would you mind sharing the exif for these shots? i love the water texture? ultra long exposure?
:D Nick. Purple fanboy! ;)
Steph, really, I need to brush up the landscape skills. Took me quite some time to compose the shots..
Sharing the exif? Sure. Those are shot between 15-30sec exposure, aperture around f/16-22. To slow down the exposure time, I stacked GND filters (ND4+ND8) on the lens. Some had blue filter on top of those 2 ND filters.
Landscape is fun, but essential accessories include a steady tripod and those Cokin filters, especially the GNDs to balance up the foreground/background exposure.
Really like your photo skills, sure is much better than mine.
I compiled Penang Tourism Guide recently. Please visit and have some comments .. Hopefully I will visit Penang soon :)
thank you for taking the time to share it.
Cheers!
Thanks J. Actually, anybody can produce those shots, u just need some accessories, ie. tripod, certain filters. :)
Visited your guide. Very nice. Drop me a line if you'd like to use any of my Penang images.
Wonderful sunrise shots. Worth getting up early for!!
May i know which part of Penang did you go to take such beautiful photos? Please and thank you. =)
